New Non-League Players Contract

A new, updated contract has now been released and clubs will have received a copy via their League. The new contract is for mandatory use - any contract submissions for season 2026/27 made on the previous version will be rejected. 

Please note that, as previously advised, The FA will not process any contracts until the retention period has closed on 1st June 2026 – this is to protect clubs from engaging players who may be subject to compensation, resulting in those clubs incurring financial liabilities which they may not have accounted for.
