For Clubs at Steps 1 to 4 of the National League System (NLS), written permission for loan players to participate in either the FA Cup and/or FA Trophy competitions should either be included with the intial loan submission, or can be submitted at a later date and uploaded to iFAS as a Cup Permission.

Clubs at Tiers 3 & 4 of the Women's National League (WNL), written permission for loan players to participate in the FA Cup competition should either be included with the intial loan submission, or can be submitted at a later date to The FA via the Online Contact Form https://playerstatus.thefa.com/support/tickets/new.
