  * FIFA have permitted us to amend the process applicable to grassroots clubs (any club at step 5 of NLS and below or any club at Tier 3 of the Women’s pyramid and below). As a result, we have a reduced version of the required documentation which relies on completion of the club and the player’s parents/guardians, this streamlines the process for clubs and declares the below requirements are met. The FA still hold the right to request the full documentation and will be sought after where deemed appropriate. FIFA are vigilant when a player moves to a higher club (or a club with legal, financial or de facto links to such club) and are seeking evidence of compliance of Article 19, anything which suggests this isn’t fulfilled, we reserve the right to seek further documentation.
