Submitting a Ticket

You are not required to log in to be able to submit a ticket on the platform, please click submit a ticket top right and fill in all the required details as closely as possibly to your query.


Logging in or checking status of a submitted ticket


If you have submitted a ticket, you will have recieved a verification email, you will be required to complete this to be able to login, this will create you a password.


1. You must first sign up by clicking sign up top Right. Use the email address you inputted for a ticket.#

2. You will be required to verify your email, Freshdesk will send you an email asking you to confirm details

3. You will now be able to click login at any time and see your ticket updates
