ITC Delays

Please note that we are currently experiencing delays in processing ITCs following the peak registration period, both in England and for other Associations.

We are processing each request as quickly as possible. To speed things up, please ensure you have completed the ITC Application form accurately, providing any additional documents requested - the biggest cause of delays is the need to follow up where information is absent or inaccurate. It is particularly important that your Club's email address is accurately entered so that you receive status updates.

You will receive an automated update each time the status of your application changes. We do not routinely provided individual updates outside of this process so please refrain from raising a ticket to request an update, as this detracts from processing time.
