Launch of new customer service platform

The FA Player Status team is delighted to announce the launch of, a dedicated customer service platform designed to support the management of football activities within England.

The decision to transition to a customer service platform stems from the challenges encountered during the 23/24 season, particularly the high volume of email inquiries. In response, the team sought ways to expedite query handling processes while empowering clubs with self-service capabilities to swiftly address their concerns.

Why am I unable to email in?

The shift to the contact form aims to streamline the query submission process, ensuring prompt routing to the appropriate team for swift resolution. Leveraging the customer service platform enables efficient handling of frequently asked questions and automatic redirection of queries based on provided information. This approach ensures timely and accurate responses within a traceable timeframe.

While we acknowledge this represents a departure from previous communication methods, we are confident that this transition will enable the Player Status team to deliver a faster and more effective service, ensuring timely support for your needs.
